Return and Refund

At Belocopia, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining transparency and fairness in our return process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is mandatory.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Innerwear, personal care, or hygiene products (if applicable)

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, email us at support@belocopia.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • COD refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or wallet.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Please contact our support team to request an exchange.
