Return and Refund

At Belocopia, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining transparency and fairness in our return process.
1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is mandatory.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Used, damaged, or altered products

Products purchased during clearance or sale

Gift cards or digital products

Innerwear, personal care, or hygiene products (if applicable)
3. Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at support@belocopia.com with your order details and reason for return.

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

COD refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or wallet.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
